Spooky Channel
Spooky Channel is a popular dive site in Roatan that, as the name implies, includes a deep channel that is indeed quite spooky as the bright light at the top of the reef is quickly replaced by shadows. The at its top, the reef is just below the surface, and the canyon itself drops down to about 95 feet. There are various swimthroughs on the sides of the channel, and an abundance of wildlife. If you are only doing a few dives in Roatan, this is typically considered a must due to the unique underwater topography.
