Columella Scrub-Hairstreak (Strymon columella)

Very similar to the angerona hairstreak (Electrostrymon angerona), the most noticeable difference is the row of white-ringed black dots on the wings, which in the angerona is a line of black and white. I first saw this species in the Red Rock/Eastern Point area of the island, but have since seen it elsewhere as well. The hairstreaks have a habit of rubbing their hind wings together when alight, but I am have no idea why they like to do this.
